Do you have MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) limits?
No, we do not have a MOQ limit. A 1-piece sample order or small quantities are available.
How long is the standard lead time for orders?
Standard product lead time for samples is 3-5 days, and 3-4 weeks for bulk orders. Customized products typically take 3-4 weeks.
Does the BMS have low-temperature charging disconnect?
Yes. Our BMS includes low-temperature protection to prevent damage. Charge protection occurs at 0ºC ± 4ºC and discharge protection at -20ºC ± 4ºC.
Do I need a special charger for LiFePO4 batteries?
We recommend a lithium iron phosphate 4-string (14.6V) charger. You can also use photovoltaic solar panels via MPPT or an inverter with built-in AC to DC charging.
What is the lifespan of these LiFePO4 batteries?
Our LiFePO4 batteries provide over 4000 cycles, which is 8 to 10 times longer than standard lead-acid batteries.
Are your batteries safe to use?
Yes, they are manufactured with automotive-grade cells and feature a stable chemical structure resistant to high temperatures and impact. Each unit has a built-in BMS to protect against overcharge, deep discharge, and short circuits.
