The system optimizes cell design and electrical component selection. Using the lightest steel/aluminum alloys and high-strength plastics, combined with CAE structural simulation, we ensure structural strength while improving energy density. Standardized modules (12V-72V) allow for excellent scalability to meet diverse requirements.
Equipped with an advanced BMS supporting passive balance by default, with an option for active balance. Parameters such as CAN/RS485 protocols, over/under voltage, high current, and temperature protection can be customized on-site.
Utilizing CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and CAE simulation, the system incorporates advanced thermal management including air cooling, liquid heating/cooling, and PI film or silica gel film heating to maintain optimal operating temperatures.
Rigorous DV/PV (design/production verification) testing is conducted, including temperature tests, mechanical tests, external environment simulation, electrical safety, and abuse testing to ensure full compliance with design requirements.
