Frequently Asked Questions
Can the battery be delivered by sea and air?
Yes, our batteries can be delivered both by sea and by air. We provide MSDS and test reports for safe transport as non-dangerous products.
Can I fast charge my traction battery?
Fast charging is generally not recommended as it can be harmful to the battery's internal structure and reduce its overall lifespan.
What is the expected delivery time?
Usually about 7 days for stock products, 20 days for half-container orders, and 30 days for full 20ft container products.
How does the factory control product quality?
We adopt the ISO 9001 system, featuring Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Production Quality Control (PQC) including in-process inspections, and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) to ensure zero defects.
Why do batteries have different capacities at different hour rates?
Capacity is dynamic and depends on discharge current. A lower discharge current (like a 20-hr rate) allows the battery to deliver more total Ah than a high discharge current (like a 2-hr rate).
What is the shelf life of a VRLA battery?
VRLA batteries self-discharge less than 3% per month at 25°C. They should not be stored for more than 6 months without recharging to maintain health.
