Yes, our batteries can be delivered both by sea and by air. We provide MSDS and test reports for safe transport as non-dangerous products.
Is fast charging recommended for these batteries?
Fast charging is not recommended as it can be harmful to the battery's long-term health and cycle life.
Can I perform a partial replacement of my battery bank?
Partial battery replacement of lead acid battery banks is not recommended. It is best to replace the entire set to ensure balanced performance.
What is the typical delivery time?
Usually, it takes about 7 days for stock products, around 20 days for half-container orders, and 30 days for full 20ft container products.
How is the quality controlled during production?
We adopt a strict quality system including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Production Quality Control (PQC) with multiple inspections, and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) to ensure zero defects.
Why does the battery have different capacities at different hour rates?
Capacity is dynamic and depends on discharge current. A lower discharge current (like a 20-hr rate) allows the battery to deliver more total Ah than a high discharge current (like a 2-hr rate).
