Frequently Asked Questions
1. What preparation is needed before assembly?
DIY battery packs must have the cells balanced (same voltage) before assembly. We ensure single batteries are in good condition, and we recommend testing within 15 days of arrival.
2. Are the batteries tested before shipping?
Yes, we perform rigorous tests. Capacity tests have less than a 2% margin of error. Voltage deviation is kept under 0.01V, and resistance deviation is under 0.05mΩ.
3. Do the batteries include busbars and bolts?
Yes, each battery comes with 1 piece of busbar and 2 pieces of bolts or studs for free.
4. What scenarios are excluded from the return policy?
Returns are not accepted if damage is caused by incorrect assembly, such as wiring the protection board incorrectly, charger failure, or charging without a BMS which causes battery bulging.
5. Do these batteries come with a protection board?
These are prototype cells without a protection board (BMS). You must purchase a matching BMS separately to ensure safe operation.
6. How can I place an order for direct shipping?
For Ready to Ship (RTS) products, you can select the quantity and pay directly if the shipping cost to your country is listed. RTS orders are given priority in our shipping schedule.
